D-I Team visits Reiyukai Eiko Masanuga Eye Hospital…

This summer D-I President, Scott Hamilton (above) visited the Reiyukai Eiko Masanuga Eye Hospital, located in Banepa, Nepal. Pictured below is Dr. Barsha Suwal performing surgery along with instructing medical students.

Pictured above is a meeting at the construction site of the new building for the Reiyukai Eiko Masunaga Eye Hospital, to discuss possible outreach projects in the nearby Sankhu Valley and villages surrounding the Dooley sponsored Orphanage Eco-Farm.

Visiting the Eco-Farm Orphanage…

Scott and the D-I team also visited the Orphanage in the Sankhu Valley and we are pleased to report that all is well and the place is in great shape. In fact, a 17th  orphan is in the process of moving to the Eco-farm. Several of our Dooley sponsored orphans have received honor student status at their local school.
